When you go into your garage to round up your gear and head to having fun you have a rude surprise. The gear is everywhere, in various drawers,thrown down in corners. That undoubtedlytakes the shine off the sunny spring day.

Organizing your garage is as straightforward as deciding where to begin. The starting point is to purchase several cabinets, some shelves and nails and then put the shelves on the walls.
The sorting and storing should be as follows. Categorize every object and keep it in a place specially designed for it. For example sporting accessories should be placed in a cabinet or perhaps on some shelves, tools should be placed in drawers or kept some wall peg boards.
You need to be merciless about chucking out and don’t think twice before you chuck away anything that you haven’t used recently or anything that needs repair. If you haven’t repaired it by now, chances are you will never repair it.
Seasonal gear must also be sorted, boots and out-of- season coats should be placed in small closets.
After you conclude organizing, sorting and tossing out all those unwanted and broken articles you will be surprised to actually see your garage floor and corners again. Perhaps your car will actually fit in the garage again.
