These may include things such as cleaning, decorating, completing unfinished works, and other such efforts. These are the projects that don’t require all that much money, but can make an immeasurable improvement to the general appearance of your home.
Before beginning any fix-up-for-sale chores, get in the mindset that you are sprucing up your home for selling. You must not think of it as sprucing it up for someone else. You’re trying to make more of an attractive look not the perfect property.
If you present the property with a certain person in mind, you’re narrowing your market. Decreasing the size of your market will generally mean a slower sale, and a reduced sale price.
