When I went to Google and I looked for a local place to buy custom blinds for my new house, I was shocked to see how many options I had to choose from. I didn’t realize that window blinds and mini blinds were basically the same thing. When I was growing up, anything that hung from a window that provided shade, we called mini blinds. Now I’m an adult and I can choose to buy mini blinds in various colors, shapes, and sizes, from a slew of retailers.

I had to ask myself, what was really the most important thing in choosing the mini blinds for my house? I answered my own question with quality blinds made in a quality fashion. Cost was very important, as well as how I was treated in the purchasing process. I was definitely on a budget for custom blinds. So I began searching at keyword phrases like cheap mini blinds and low cost blinds. I even looked to see if there were any free blinds. Although various retailers popped up on my searches, I chose a company called Blinds Chalet because they had just what I needed at the best price I could see online, and believe it or not they offered free shipping and the day I bought, I even got a free upgrade. I’m not sure if they offer these options to anybody, or if I was a lucky lady shopper that day, but I will tell you that the online process went very smooth. Before I pressed the submit button, I called their 1-800 number. I was happy to get a real person who was knowledgeable about mini blinds, shapes and sizes, and who answered all my questions. This let me to feel safe and secure so I hit the submit button.

My order came. It was perfect. My boyfriend went to their site and was educated on the installation process of our new mini blinds. My house now has custom blinds, and I feel that I have now become one of those adults that can really say custom blinds turn a house into a home. I guess the mini blind scenario that I grew up with really has changed. I can see that people still get the metallic mini blinds from looking at the site I bought from, but I have 2” faux wood blinds. I don’t know if you’re looking to purchase mini blinds for your house, but I just want to say if you’re looking at doing it via the internet, I’m one woman who had a great experience.
